tr\u00e1nsito en las principales calles y avenidas de las \u00e1reas urbanas del pa\u00eds, principalmente en la capital y sus alrededores, situaci\u00f3n que provoca estr\u00e9s en las personas, una reacci\u00f3n fisiol\u00f3gica que repercute en la salud si no se sabe controlar.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los padecimientos provocados por este tipo de estr\u00e9s est\u00e1n dolor de cabeza, tensi\u00f3n muscular y molestias gastrointestinales, para evitar estos problemas de salud el m\u00e9dico psiquiatra Enrique Mendoza, director del Centro de Atenci\u00f3n Integral de Salud Mental, recomienda organizar bien su tiempo, salir m\u00e1s temprano para evitar angustiarse por la hora de llegada a su destino, lo cual es fundamental para mantener la calma.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el profesional le sugiere que evite a los conductores agresivos, practique la cortes\u00eda en el tr\u00e1nsito, y cuando viaje escuche m\u00fasica suave, un audio libro o charlas motivacionales, ya que esto contribuye a relajarse.<\/p>\n<p>Para no tener ansiedad u ocasionar accidentes viales, mientras conduce evite el uso del tel\u00e9fono celular y utilice t\u00e9cnicas de respiraci\u00f3n para oxigenar las
