Tambi\u00e9n son importantes para las enzimas y las hormonas\u201d<\/strong>, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los principales se encuentran el zinc, el cual mantiene sano el sistema inmune y crea nuevas c\u00e9lulas; el potasio, esencial para el coraz\u00f3n, ri\u00f1ones, m\u00fasculos, nervios y sistema digestivo; el magnesio, que regula la funci\u00f3n de los m\u00fasculos y el sistema nervioso, los niveles de az\u00facar y la presi\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Ayudan al \u00f3ptimo estado del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico y hormonal, y su ausencia propicia enfermedades<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Con relaci\u00f3n a las vitaminas, sugiri\u00f3 a los asistentes asegurarse de incluirlas de manera regular en su alimentaci\u00f3n. Estas se agrupan en dos categor\u00edas. Deben consumirse regularmente para evitar carencias o deficiencias en el organismo. Sin embargo, la vitamina B12 es una excepci\u00f3n, pues puede alojarse en el h\u00edgado durante muchos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, entre los asistentes destac\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s por la alimentaci\u00f3n para diab\u00e9ticos. Sobre este tema, Ch\u00e1vez asegur\u00f3 que deben ingerir una adecuada combinaci\u00f3n de vegetales, con lo cual se disminuye la glucemia.
