La exposici\u00f3n diaria a estresores como el tr\u00e1nsito afecta de forma directa la salud mental y la calidad de vida de las personas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El director m\u00e9dico del Centro de Atenci\u00f3n Integral de Salud Mental \u2014CAISM\u2014, Dr. Enrique Mendoza Gait\u00e1n, inform\u00f3 que el congestionamiento vehicular y las extensas horas en el tr\u00e1nsito pueden provocar estr\u00e9s, angustia, ansiedad, ira y c\u00f3lera.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCada vez se duerme menos, lo que provoca una disminuci\u00f3n en la capacidad cognitiva y f\u00edsica de las personas.
