pacientes.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Desde principios de 2025, cada Subgerencia puede acceder a resultados detallados y personalizados sobre cinco factores:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comunicaci\u00f3n dise\u00f1ar planes de acci\u00f3n para fortalecer la gesti\u00f3n interna.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ahora, con acceso a datos precisos y oportunos, el Departamento de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo puede identificar \u00e1reas de mejora y dise\u00f1ar planes de acci\u00f3n espec\u00edficos para fortalecer la gesti\u00f3n interna.<\/p>\n<p>Con este sistema el IGSS busca crear un entorno laboral m\u00e1s positivo y productivo, donde los empleados se sientan valorados y apoyados.
