Algunas ideas de comidas saludables y econ\u00f3micas son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Desayuno:<\/strong> huevos, frijol, tortilla, macuy con tomate y fruta de temporada<\/li>\n<li><strong>Almuerzo:<\/strong> arroz con pollo, vegetales y fruta de temporada<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cena:<\/strong> queso fresco, frijol, vegetales y fruta de temporada<\/li>\n<li><strong>Snack:<\/strong> fruta de temporada o ensalada de vegetales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mientras que, para las personas que desean tener h\u00e1bitos alimenticios saludables, pero tienen un tiempo reducido, la Licda.
