En contraste, advirti\u00f3 que estos beneficios no se logran cuando la dieta se basa en comida r\u00e1pida y productos ultraprocesados, uno de los errores m\u00e1s frecuentes junto con no desayunar, el bajo consumo de frutas y verduras y comer frente a pantallas.<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 que la actividad f\u00edsica es fundamental para la salud, ya que permite utilizar adecuadamente el combustible que proviene de los alimentos y contribuye a mantener el peso en rangos saludables.
